I start with the business problem, not the technology. What needs to be solved? What data is available? Which AI approach fits? I design the architecture, select the right tools and models, and define what success looks like.
Build & Iterate
I build working prototypes quickly and iterate based on real feedback. I code, prompt-engineer, and integrate AI components hands-on. When specialized expertise is needed — ML engineering, data pipelines, UX — I bring in the right people from my network.
Ship & Scale
I don't stop at prototypes. I help turn AI experiments into production-ready products with sustainable business models, solid financial plans, and clear scaling strategies. This is where my entrepreneurial experience, investor perspective, and BMDNA framework come together.
